Really good Airport Hotel Experience

The hotel provided an excellent shuttle service to all three terminals. It ran frequently and was punctual. The room size was excellent, especially considering hotel standards in Japan. I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist with directions and information. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was amazing, reflecting the high standards I associate with the country.
I did find the gym equipment to be slightly dated, it could benefit from some upgrades.

The room featured two comfortable twin beds and a spacious work area, suitable for business. An air purifier was also in the room, ensuring clean air. The blackout curtains helped for resting well.

The breakfast buffet presented a diverse selection of international options. I found many choices. I noticed the restaurant maintained strict hygiene protocols, with staff monitoring food safety. The coffee was AMAZING!!!

i used the free airport shuttle it was punctual and convenient the beds in the room were very comfortable. i found a convenience store within the hotel it was very helpful for getting essentials. the toilet was a good size it was a normal size for me
the thermostat was not adjustable this made the room a little too warm
